Liverpool fans are up in arms after being dealt yet another injury blow as Stefan Bajcetic will miss the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old was absent with an adductor problem as the Reds exited the Champions League on Wednesday night after losing 1-0 at Real Madrid. It came after Bajcetic was withdrawn in the closing stages of the 1-0 Premier League defeat at Bournemouth on Saturday.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed prior to the trip to Madrid that the injury was "absolutely bad". And now the the player himself has revealed his campaign is over. It is the last thing the Reds need as they battle to win a place in next season's elite European club competition.

And Liverpool supporters have taken to social media to express their displeasure at the news...
Taking to Instagram, Bajcetic confirmed he will be out until the summer because of the setback.
“Unfortunately I’ve picked up an injury that will keep me out until the end of the season,” he wrote. “It’s very sad to say goodbye to this amazing season for me but I understand this is part of football and will only make me stronger physically and mentally.
“I would also like to say thank you to you Reds for all the support through the season and I assure you I will do my best to be back stronger than ever.”
With Jordan Henderson currently ill and Thiago Alcantara still on the comeback trial, Bajcetic's injury means Klopp's midfield options have been stretched further. Against Madrid, James Milner and Fabinho lined up in the centre of the park, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Harvey Elliott came on, while Naby Keita did not make it off the bench and Arthur Melo did not make the squad.
