Aborted negotiations to sell offices in Merseyside used by Lloyds Banking Group as a call centre have led to the building being reduced in price to below £10m.
The property at The Estuary Commerce Park in Speke now has a price tag of a little of £9.7m.
Estuary House has a total floor area of 75,623 sq ft and comes with 505 car parking spaces.

The lease held by Bank of Scotland, which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, expires in September 2026.
According to agents Allsop, the building has a total income of £831,853 per annum.
Nearby occupiers include CHL, Eden Biodesign and Cargill plc.
Estuary Commerce Park was established in 1998 and comprises a 99-acre development on the southern side of the A561 Speke Road.
Allsop added that prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, there were between 700 and 800 staff onsite every day.
The agents said Lloyds is trying to "target these staffing levels" over the course of the next six to 12 months.
