Hibs fell to a disappointing 4-1 loss to Aberdeen in their latest Premiership outing.
It was a controlled first half from the Hibees who created plenty of chances at Pittodrie. But VAR once again played its part in the Scottish top flight, as Luis Lopes wad first deemed to have been onside as he attempted to score for the hosts, having initially been flagged off. Then there was a review for a penalty and goalkeeper David Marshall was deemed to have made contact with him.
Bojan Miovski missed his penalty but was ordered to retake because the Hibs number one came off his line. He made no mistake and Mykola Kukharevych's strike proved only a consolation to another effort by Miovski on top Ylber Ramadani and Leighton Clarkson goals. Here are three things we learned from the game as a fourth defeat in five games was inflicted on fourth-placed Hibs.

Game-changer
This wasn't a 4-1 game in the sense of how the game panned out. It wasn't an Aberdeen walkover, and if anything, it was Hibs who were better in the first half.
But that eight minutes of stoppage time due to VAR proved damaging and the Dons getting in front then was huge, with Lee Johnson's side not seeming capable of recovery.
Hitting form
If one positive can be taken from this, it's the continued form of Ukrainian striker Kukharevych, who has netted three goals in as many games.
Next weekend bringing in the World Cup break might not come at a good time for the forward who has added end product to overall performances at Easter Road.
Resilience needed
In nine league games that Hibs have conceded the first goal in this season, they have managed to claim five points.
It's always difficult to get back into games from losing positions but Johnson needs to work out how to maximise how his side can get more from such situations.
