Aberdeen announced their sixth signing of the January transfer window with Dilan Markanday completing a deadline-busting late loan to Pittodrie.
The 21-year-old forward heads north from Blackburn Rovers until the end of the season.
Markanday - who can play anywhere across the front line - was announced just minutes after the transfer window slammed shut.
The forward goes into the Aberdeen squad for the fixture against St Mirren pending international clearance.
Markanday came through the Tottenham youth academy and made his debut for the Premier League club in the Europa Conference League in 2021.
He then moved to Blackburn Rovers on a three-and-a-half-year contract in January 2022.
The forward scored his first goal for Rovers in August last year, netting in a 4-0 rout over Hartlepool United in the EFL Cup.
A club statement read: "Aberdeen FC has tonight completed its sixth signing of the January transfer window with the arrival of Dilan Markanday on loan until the end of the season.
"The 21-year-old forward, who can play anywhere across the front line, joined Championship side Blackburn Rovers from Tottenham Hotspur on a three-and-a-half-year contract in January 2022.
"An energetic player, Dilan rose through the ranks at Tottenham Hotspur featuring regularly for their Under-23s side. He made his senior debut for Spurs in the Europa Conference League clash against Vitesse in October 2021 before securing his move to Ewood Park.
"He scored his first goal for Blackburn Rovers in August 2022 in a 4–0 EFL Cup win over Hartlepool United, helping his side reach the fourth round of the competition.
"An exciting prospect who will bring another attacking dimension to the team, Dilan will go straight into the squad to face St Mirren at Pittodrie pending international clearance."
