Aberdeen and Rangers games missed as Motherwell boss handed touchline ban

Motherwell boss Graham Alexander has been banned for the club's next two games, following his red card against Hibs.

An additional one-match ban has been suspended until the end of the current season, because it's not the former Scotland international's first offence.

Alexander was sent off by referee Andrew Dallas during the 0-0 draw at Fir Park on January 26, having taken umbrage as midfielder Liam Donnelly was also dismissed.

The Scottish FA suspension means he will miss Premiership clashes with Aberdeen on Saturday and Rangers at Ibrox the following Sunday.
