After going cold in the 2024 MLB postseason so far, New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge finally hit an October home run.
In Game 2 of the ALCS on Tuesday night in New York, Judge homered off a pitch from Cleveland Guardians pitcher Hunter Gaddis to widen the Yankees’ 4-2 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning.
There was a New York runner on base during Judge’s hit, making this a major double for the Yankees.
After such a long wait (considering the talent at hand), MLB fans finally got to see Judge knock one out of the baseball diamond in the 2024 playoffs.
