Drivers heading up past Loch Lomond from Glasgow are facing disruption this evening due to the closure of the A82.
The road is currently shut in both directions due to a road traffic collision between Ardlui and Tarbet, with emergency services currently at the scene.
Traffic information site INRIX have confirmed the serious accident involved a collision between a motorbike and a lorry.
A 50-mile diversion is currently in place, with northbound traffic following the A83 to Inveraray, then north along the A819 before joining the A85 and heading east back to the A82 at Tyndrum. Southbound traffic is diverting west at Tyndrum along the A85.

Traffic Scotland are advising road users to approach with care, with traffic building in the area.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "The A82 is currently closed between Tarbet and Inveruglas following a road crash, which took place around 4.15pm.
"Emergency services are at the scene and motorists are advised to avoid the area. Diversions are in place."
