Even after the 2023 NFL draft and the undrafted free agency frenzy that followed, the Cleveland Browns continued to add more free agents to their roster. They added another camp leg in punter Joseph Charlton and veteran safety Rodney McLeod to the roster to round out their 90-man camp limit.
