Former Rangers academy striker Robbie Ure has been praised by manager Andreas Engelmark following his debut for IK Sirius on Monday.
The 21-year-old recently completed a €750,000 move [Transfermarkt] to the Swedish top-flight side, joining from Anderlecht's second team on a four-and-a-half-year deal.
Ure spent just under two years in Belgium after leaving his boyhood club, Rangers, on a free transfer in 2023.

The centre-forward made 38 appearances for Anderlecht's B side, who play in the Belgian second tier, scoring 12 goals along the way.
He joined Sirius in the middle of March and made his debut on Monday as they opened their league campaign with a 2-1 win away at IFK Varnamo.
Ure stood out in the clash, picking up two assists. He first set up Joakim Persson, who drew Sirius level on the hour mark, before assisting Marcus Lindberg for the winner with five minutes to go.
The striker was given an 8.9/10 rating by FotMob for his performance and was also named their Player of the Match.
Boss Engelmark was pleased with his performance post-match: "Robbie Ure is a classic nine, and we haven’t had a ‘pure’ nine since Salech left," he told Fotboll Direkt.
Sirius next face Djurgarden on Saturday as the Scotland youth international aims to continue his productive start to life in Sweden.
