A Place In The Sun viewers confused by out of place scene

A Place In The Sun viewers questioned why Lee Juggurnauth stopped his tour in order to eat biscuits in the street.

The property expert flew off to Spain's Costa Blanca to help Reda and Greg find their dream property. The couple sold their old home and were ready for a life in Spain to enjoy everything the country had to offer.

With their budget of £100,000, the couple requested a property with scenic views and located enough distance from their neighbours so they wouldn't disturb them with their music.

Making their way around southern Spain, Lee's properties left the couple feeling uncertain but he promised they'd find something they'd love. Arriving at their second destination, before they were shown their next location, Lee had them standing in the middle of a derelict street.

They gathered around a simplistic table in the middle of the village street to try a local delicacy. The scene itself was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment which left viewers confused as to why it made the final cut.

One fan said: "What the hell was the point of that almond biscuit shot? They could've scrapped that and given us eight seconds longer in the luxury house."

A second added: "Hope he checked if they had a nut allergy." While a third said: "Lee didn't give them much time to eat their almond biscuits."

The couple weren't given sufficient time to eat their biscuits as by the time they were raised to their mouths, Lee had begun walking off-screen. The tour resumed as normal with Reda and Greg being offered plenty of time to inspect their potential new homes.

They eventually regrouped at the end of the show to put down a bid for their dream property. After a few counter-offers with the owner, Reda and Greg walked away with their dream home for the low price of £88,000.
