A Place in the Sun star said she has 'never had such a negative' response when dealing with a buyer on the show.
Jean Johansson was left completely shocked when one of her clients had such an awful reaction to a property they looked around.
During the episode Jean she she didn't expect such a negative reaction as she received the harsh criticism.
The show's guest Currina was looking for a home as she appeared on the series with best friend Tracey.
The duo were looking for the property on Spain’s northern Costa Callida in the Channel 4 show.
However, Currina had a long list of requirements for the home she was looking for, despite just having a small budget of £65,000.
She was looking for either an apartment or a townhouse that was a minimum of two bedrooms and as well as having a balcony.
Currina also wanted to find somewhere that had a pool and that was not too far away from the beach.
Jean showed the best friends around the first two homes, but things quickly turned sour as they were both left underwhelmed by what they were seeing.
However, it was the third property where the drama unfolded.
Currina's best friend Tracey didn't hold back when she told Jean how she felt about the property.
The modern looking apartment left Tracey without words as Jean said: "Oh no, Tracey's gone quiet."
However, Tracey quickly snapped back: "I really hate it. I don't like it at all."
Jean was so shocked by the sudden outburst that she covered her mouth with her hands.
Jean said to Tracey: "Hate is a strong word."
Tracey didn't settle down as all as she argued back: "I could not live here. I couldn't even stay for a short period, I don't think. It's soulless."
Jean turned to the camera as she said she had high hopes that Currina would love the property as she reflected on the incident, saying: "I thought Currina was going to love this.
"This puts me under pressure as to where to take you next. I was not expecting that."
This comes as an episode aired where the buyer confessed she hadn't even visited the area before.
Kelly was shown around five properties in Sunny Beach in Bulgaria by host Scarlett Douglas with a budget of just £25,000.
However, viewers quickly took to Twitter to voice their concerns that she'd never actually been to the area before.
One person tweeted: "This looks like it could go very wrong, very quickly! 25k, never been before and one of the buyers isn't there I'm here for it."
As another said: "Never been there before... alarm bells ringing."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
