A Place in the Sun's Laura Hamilton has shared what she claimed to be a "frightening" update.
The Channel 4 property expert posted on her Instagram Stories sharing a heath update with her 175,000 followers. Laura, 40, had her skin professionally scanned and was "frightened" over the results.
She said that despite always wearing factor 50 sunscreen, she was shocked by the amount of damage to the skin on her face. The presenter said: "Yesterday morning I went and had a facial scan, and I just want to point out this isn't an ad or an endorsement of any kind. It was something that was recommended to me through Obagi."
Laura added: “They basically scan your face and show you the damage on your skin and sort of the deep damage. And I've always been someone who's really mindful of wearing factor 50 sunscreen and looking after my skin, but… Wow, it was frightening.
“And I just want to share these results with you and just remind you no matter what age you are, wear sunscreen. Seeing the damage to my skin was frightening.
“I always wear SPF50 and now I’m going to be using a course of treatments to try and repair this damage! This is not an ad but something we all need to be aware of!"
