A Place In The Sun 's Laura Hamilton let her hair down as she pole danced in Spain following her split from her husband.
Back in January, the 39-year-old presenter announced the shock news that she and Alex Goward, her partner of 13 years, were parting ways.
The couple, who share two children, eight-year-old son Rocco and a daughter Tahlia, six, tied the knot in 2012, three years after they started dating.
But the mum-of-two has wasted no time in trying to get over her heartache, as she shared a cheeky video showing her pole dancing on the top of a bar in Valencia.
The blonde beauty is in the Spanish city filming new episodes of the hit Channel 4 show, and she took to Instagram to upload clips from a raucous night out.
“Today is really getting a little strange…” she wrote atop a clip of her climbing up the pole barefoot while wearing a patterned midi dress with a racy thigh high split.
Earlier in the day, Laura joked that the house hunters she was helping had so far refused to join in with her and the production teams antics.
“I think the house hunters think we are nuts. Well, we kind of are…” Laura quipped.
She shared details of her gorgeous black, green and white printed dress in a post on her grid, and revealed she was focusing on the positives, despite the grey weather in Spain.
“It’s grey, overcast and blowing a gale…but let’s smile, have fun and be grateful… hopefully going to change someone’s life this week…” she teased.
The popular TV presenter shared news of her shock split in January, and addressed the separation with a simple post on social media.
Posting a picture of the Dr. Seuss quote which read: “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened,” Laura explained that she and Alex had parted ways.
“This isn't something I ever thought I'd be saying but, after 13 years of being together Alex and I have separated,” she wrote.
“Our children are and always will be our number one priority and we would respect privacy for our family at this time.”
The Channel 4 star is currently midway through a huge renovation project at a country pile in the Surrey countryside.
