Laura Hamilton asked "what just happened" as she detailed her horrendous experience.
The property expert is renowned for her role presenting A Place in the Sun. The 41-year-old regularly helps buyers secure their dream home abroad on the popular Channel 4 programme.
Laura has taken to Instagram from Mallorca to share an update with her 182,000 followers. She recalled a nightmare experience when she was helping a couple find a home in a remote location in Italy that she branded "mud gate".

She said: "The heavens opened and all of the cars got stuck in the mud." Laura shared a clip to reveal how history repeated itself as flash floods arrived in Spain.
She said: "There were blue skies and sunshine this morning. But, look at what just happened. Can you believe that? Flash floods, the most horrendous hail storm and all of those cars stuck.
"Thankfully, not ours." Laura ended the update on an upbeat note as she revealed she had been exploring the local urban area. She said: "Something else to lighten the mood and just brighten things up for you. Are you ready for this? It's a whistle blowing beaver. I've never seen a whistle blowing beaver before."
