Jonnie Irwin has shared heartbreaking plans to help his wife and kids remember him after his death.
The property expert, best known for hosting Channel 4's A Place in the Sun, revealed last year that he had been diagnosed with terminal cancer after his lung cancer spread to his brain. The 49-year-old shared that he could have months to live and is now preparing to say a heart-breaking goodbye to wife Jess and their children, son Rex, six, and two-year-old twins Cormac and Rafa.
Today he appeared on BBC One's Morning Live to talk about "preparing" for his death and life for his family after it. One thing he was keen to do was leave video messages for his loved ones so that he could talk to them when he is no longer here.

He said: "It's amazing to think I too could speak to my wife and children after I pass away. My diagnosis has taken a lot from me but it has given me the ability to prepare."
Jonnie added: "The only way to make sure your digital legacy is as you like it, is to take control now. I'm going to take every opportunity to do that for the people I love."
