A Place in the Sun's Jasmine Harman issued a "severe" warning at the start of today's show.
Fans of the popular Channel 4 programme were thrilled as the new season arrived on our screens this week. Jasmine was helping Paul and Chris find their dream home in Cyprus on Tuesday's episode.
The married couple fell in love with Peyia on a holiday a couple of years ago and resolved to one day find their dream home abroad there. They were armed with a maximum budget of £80,500 and were looking for a two bedroom apartment with enough space for their family to visit.

The expert was concerned at the top of the show as she revealed how they were trying to secure a home in an in-demand location. She said: "In this part of Cyprus, a two bedroom apartment within walking distance to town typically starts around £89,000 and with a severe shortage of properties on the market, there's not much room for negotiation on asking prices.
"This house hunt could be a challenge." Pauline and Chris were flexible with their location and Jasmine managed to find a number of properties they loved.
The buyers were emotional as they viewed property three and decided to put in a bid for the two bedroom apartment close to the beach. However, Jasmine's initial concerns about there being no room for negotiation proved to be correct as their offer underneath the asking price was swiftly rejected.
However, the househunters were in tears as they secured the home for the asking price of £80,508.
