A Place in the Sun's Jasmine Harman was concerned by a buyer's admission moments into today's episode.
The property expert returned to front Friday's edition of the Channel 4 programme. She was helping Simon and Lawrence find their dream holiday home in France.
The two were armed with a maximum budget of £115,000 and were searching for large property in the peaceful Charente region. Simon and Lawrence had visited the area a number of times, but Jasmine was alarmed to hear they had been searching for the home for five years.

The two had viewed almost 20 houses, which sparked Jasmine to ask if the buyers were "particular". She said: "It's sounds like a straight forward house hunt so what I'm struggling to understand is why you haven't found the right place yet.
She added: "Something is telling me these experienced househunters are going to be a handful."
The search got off to a bad start as the buyers were not impressed with a three bed house in Lessec. The two were split on whether the second home was a contender as they admitted: "I think we may be finding out why we have not found a property."
Jasmine added: "I should have known at the beginning that this was going to be tough and tricky." They fell in love with the final property on the search.
The two bed apartment in Los Altos was priced at £98,000. Jasmine revealed at the end of the episode that Simon and Lawrence secured the home for £92,000.
