Craig Rowe was concerned as he issued a warning to a buyer moments into today's A Place in the Sun.
The property expert was helping Geoff find his dream home in Barbados on Monday's edition of the Channel 4 programme. Geoff was accompanied by his friend Alan as he viewed five impressive homes in the Caribbean island.
Geoff was armed with a maximum budget of £180,000 and was looking for a two bedroom home within walking distance to the beach. However, Craig was immediately alarmed by the budget as he warned house prices in his desired area of the island were typically much higher.

He said: "From the area point of view and with the budget, I think it's going to be quite a challenge this search." Craig was relived to discover Geoff was willing to compromise as he vowed to be flexible with the criteria.
The search got off to a smooth start as Geoff was particularly wowed by a one bed apartment in St Peter. The property was just over his budget at £190,299 and boasted spectacular views of the coast.
Craig proceeded to take Geoff further South in the island as the house prices are typically less expensive in the area. Geoff eventually decided to put a bid in for property five, which was priced at £205,224.
He put in a "cheeky" offer of £170,000 and the owner eventually accepted a bid of £183,500.
