A Place in the Sun's Ben Hillman was in disbelief after a buyer's surprise issue on today's show.
The expert was helping Alison and Lee find their dream home abroad on Monday's programme. The married couple were armed with a maximum budget of £170,000 and were searching for a three bed villa in Almeria.
The buyers wanted a home with a pool, which led Ben to start the hunt with a villa in the small village of La Alfoquia. Alison and Lee were immediately impressed by the large pool in the garden.

Ben explained more of the perks of the property as he said it boasts a roof terrace. However, the expert was surprised when Lee revealed he was not a fan of what is usually a major selling point for buyers.
He said: "I'll be honest. I don't like roof terraces. I like being able to get in the pool." Ben shot back: "I beg your... How dare you?"
The buyers decided the property was not a content as Alison explained: "It is way, way too small. I'm sure it's the perfect house for someone else but out family is too large. We wouldn't fit our bed even in one of those rooms."
The couple fell in love with the final property on the search, which was a three bed villa in Urcal. The home was priced at £172,682 and they secured the home for £168,200.
