A Place In The Sun ’s Amanda Lamb looks stunning as she shared a photo from a trip to the beach where she stripped down to a bikini.
The TV star showed off her 'beach body' for the 'first time in a decade' as she enjoyed the sun.
The 50-year-old shared a caption alongside the photo where she said 'it felt good' not worrying how she looked in swimwear.
She wrote: "Got myself beach body ready today. I got my body and took it to the beach. Done!
"First time in a decade I was brave enough/not give a s*** enough to worry about wearing a bikini on a beach. It felt good."

Friends and dans of the star flooded to the comments to say how great Amanda looked in the snap.
JLS star JB Gill wrote: "Working IT" along with three clapping emojis and a fire emoji.
Another person said: "You look amazing, why do we worry and why do we give a sh*t what anyone else thinks, I’m 47 today and I finally don’t give a flying f***!"
A third commented: "You look fabulous! Go enjoy that sea!! Sea swimming/paddles are the best." while another added: "Looking amazing Amanda. Age shouldn't define what we should wear and when."
A fan of the star wrote: "We should never give a s***, but we do. I wouldn't dare. Good for you."
Amanda looked stunning in the black two piece bikini as she posed on the beach.
She finished off her look by sweeping her brunette hair back into a bun and wearing black sunglasses.
While enjoying a family holiday to Greece, Amanda posted another photo in her swimwear where she also received plenty of praise from her fans.
Amada sat by the side of a pool dipping her toes in as she wowed in a pink and red patterned swimsuit.
Again she went for a slick bun and huge sunglasses to shield her face from the sun rays.
While enjoying the seaside Amanda took to her storied to talk about filtering her photos.
The star said she planned to share a filtered photo after spending a day at the beach but eventually decided she actually preferred the original snap.
She wrote: "Now here's an interesting thing. I took a selfies and filtered it to post tonight. I've just posted the unfiltered version as I much prefer the salty old sea dog I see when I look up the mirror than the polished, wrinkle less version.
"I'll post the both so you can see what I mean...."
Amanda then went on to share the two versions of the selfie to show followers whys eh preferred the natural look.
Over the top of the unfiltered snap she said: "Salty old sea dog au natural...."
