A Place in the Sun fans were blown away by a £45,000 apartment during Tuesday's episode.
The Channel 4 programme sees potential buyers joined by a property expert in the hopes of buying their ideal home abroad. The latest instalment saw best friends David and Lucy searching for an apartment in Southern Italy.
The search began in the Abruzzo region, with the pals joined by host Craig Rowe. David had a budget of £45,000 and wanted a one-bedroom apartment, ideally near the beach.

Wrapped up in coats and scarves, they first viewed a three-bedroom townhouse in Colledimezzo. It had a large garage, two balconies, and a wrap-around terrace with mountain views.
Inside was an open plan living space with a kitchen, and the bedrooms were upstairs, with some additional space in the cellar. David and Lucy were a fan of its characteristics, and said it was a contender, though David said he'd prefer somewhere closer to amenities.
The friends were even more impressed with the next property, a two-bedroom house with a rooftop terrace, on the market for just over £48,000. David told Craig there wasn't much he could do to improve on the offering.
But as they stood outside amid a grey sky discussing the home, fans watching the show commented on the same problem. Taking to Twitter, John said: "It's warmer here!"
JB said: "'A place in the cold' today by the looks of things", while Dallas_blu said: "A Place in the Sun they said... it looks freezing where they are", and Shrimpsy291 said "Was that snow on the roof there?"
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on ITV and ITVX
