Buyers on A Place in the Sun were divided as they looked for a holiday home away from Merseyside.
Leah Charles-King was helping Jane and Neil find their perfect property in Spain on today's episode. The married couple lived in Wirral and were searching for a three bedroom house in the seaside town of Gran Alacant.
They were armed with a maximum budget of £110,000 and were looking for a house within walking distance to the beach. The buyers wanted a property large enough for their family to visit as they had five grown up children between them.

However, Leah was surprised by an early admission from the buyers as she quizzed them on why they decided on this particular region of Spain. Jane responded: "We've never been. I've only ever been to Spain once for our honeymoon."
However, they were confident the area was for them as Jane was searching for somewhere close to the sea. The property search was against the backdrop of unexpected weather as Spain was hit with unseasonably rainy conditions.
The search was hit by another stumbling block as the couple were split by the third home of the search. The three-bed townhouse impressed Jane and was priced at £109,202. She said: "It's on the list."
However, Leah didn't want to look Neil's way as he said it wasn't a contender. He shot back: "Not on mine."
The couple were thankfully in agreement with the next home as they were both blown away by the fourth property on the hunt. Neil branded the three-bed house with a roof terrace as "the one to beat" and they decided to put a bid in.
The temperatures improved for a bright end to the episode as they eventually secured the property for £106,723.
