Though it wasn't a drastic change from their first two viewings, the couple weren't pleased with the empty surroundings and barred windows. Leah cheerfully asked them what they thought of the property before gauging their reaction. Stewart said: "It's not a contender. It feels like an old fashion prison."
The property expert then asked if they still wanted a tour but was shot down. Leah said: "I won't lie I'm a little bit shocked but fair play if it isn't for you."
Coming together at the end of the show to place an offer, Kerry and Stewart said they hadn't yet come to a decision and needed more time to think about what they really wanted. After the show, they placed a bid on the second property but it was rejected by the owner.
