A Place In The Sun buyers break down after Jasmine Harman bombshell

A Place In The Sun's Jasmine Harman forced her buyers to break down after withholding some bombshell news from them.

Couple Themis and Paolo jetted off to Kapparis in Cyprus in search of their perfect holiday home. Property expert Jasmine lined up five properties for their £180,000 budget, but the end of their journey resulted in an outburst of tears for everyone involved.

The pair were in the market for a modern, sophisticated home with enough room for their three children. Jasmine smashed their request out of the park in all five of her show houses as they both agreed they "loved" everything they were shown.

Following a tough decision on which property they were going to place an offer with, Themis and Paolo sat down with Jasmine to discuss their thoughts. The fourth home, well within their budget, boasting a communal pool, and only a four-minute drive from the beach, was declared their winner.

Paolo said: “We’d like to put an offer in on the house with the blue shutter,” to which Jasmine screamed with excitement. He initially gave an offer of £153,000, which the seller rejected, but followed up with a counter-offer of £157,000.

As Jasmine relayed their counter-offer, her response was delayed as she momentarily stared down the couple. They were left on tenterhooks - until Jasmine dropped the bombshell that they had landed their perfect home.

Themis was left in tears that the couple's dreams had finally come through. As she laughed through the tears, she said “I’m so happy, I can’t believe we found somewhere, we’re going home with a house."
