A Place in the Sun buyer was speechless as a decision was taken out of her hands on today's show.
Craig Rowe fronted Monday's edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. The expert was helping Kirsty find her dream home in Lanzarote.
The school principal was joined by her friend Wendy and the two browsed five homes on the Canary Islands. Kirsty was searching for a two bedroom property within walking distance of the beach and she had a maximum budget of £130,000

Craig described the search as a "challenge" as the average house price in the region was above her budget. However, the expert managed to secure two contenders as Kirsty was very impressed by properties three and five.
Craig warned the fifth property was in very high demand as the brand new apartment was close to the old town and just a short stroll from the Playa Chica beach and the local shopping area. Kirsty went to view the third property again at the end of the search as she deliberated which home she would put a bid in for.
However, Craig was forced to step in at the start of the final segment of the show as he revealed the fifth property had been sold overnight. He said: "It's news that I'm not at all happy to be giving you, to be honest. The final property that we saw, the newly-refurbished apartment, that sold overnight.
"They had an offer accepted at the asking price, the deposit has been paid." He added: "Now, even though we knew the property market was boiling, I was really hopeful we would at least have overnight, but that's not the situation.
"So I'm sorry to give you that news. How does that make you feel? What are you thinking?" Kirsty remained speechless after the update as Craig added: "I can kind of tell by your expression. What are you thinking, Wendy?"
Wendy confirmed Kirsty was going to put a bid in for property. However, Kirsty accepted the decision and decided to turn her attention to property number three.
She was in tears as she secured the one-bed apartment in Las Palmas for £122,500.
