A Place In The Sun buyer broke down in tears after finding exactly what she was looking for.
Jasmine Harman flew off to the Charente region of France to help Sarah and Gregg find a holiday home for the entire family to enjoy. For their budget of £250,000, the couple requested a traditional French cottage or converted barn with four bedrooms in a rural location.
Jasmine was on top form as usual as she blew the couple away with every property they were shown. Though some rooms didn't quite fit their tastes, they agreed no home would be dropped as a possible contender as they all had the French charm they were looking for.

The property expert saved the best for last as it made Sarah break down in tears just moments after entering. Sarah warned the group she was going to cry, prompting Jasmine to ask what she had done wrong.
Clarifying her emotions, Sarah said: "We’ve found what we’re looking for." Jasmine immediately ordered her husband to hug and console her whilst they all laughed off the sudden burst of emotions. The five-bedroom home had a rustic kitchen and spacious garage for the couple including a scenic view of the French coutnryside.
The property went down a storm with the couple as they placed a bid of £270,000 - £30,000 lower than the asking price. The owner came back with a middle-of-the-mark counter offer of £285,000 which Sarah and Greg agreed to. Sarah almost broke down in tears again but confirmed to Jasmine she was "just so excited."
