A buyer on A Place in the Sun was silenced by the host before she later ended up in tears.
Michelle and Bernard, from Bolton, first visited the stunning Italian city of Lucca a year ago and immediately fell in love with its traditional Tuscan charm and beautiful countryside. Now, they have enlisted the help of property expert Ben Hillman to find a holiday home in the area.
With a budget of £75,000 they hoped for a property with two-bedrooms. They also wanted outdoor space and the home to be within a 45-minute radius of the city centre.

But the search got off to a rocky start as the couple didn't like the first two properties they were shown. On the third home, Ben hoped their thoughts would have improved as he showed them around the three-bedroom townhouse.
The host was keen to hear the thoughts of both buyers, but when he asked Bernard what he thought Michelle butted in and answered for him. The kitchen was particularly important for Bernard as he loved to cook as Ben asked: "Could it work for you?"
Michelle answered: "Yeah it's fine." But then Ben 'silenced' her as he said: "Well I know it'd work for you, you don't do any cooking."
Later, on the fifth property, Michelle ended up in tears as she became emotional at the views on show. The four-bed house had a private garden and benefited from a lovely roof terrace with stunning mountain views.
Taking them up to the roof terrace, Ben said: “The moment you’ve been waiting for. Look at this.” Michelle was in awe as she said: "Wow, it's amazing. Stunning."
But then the tears started coming as she was overcome with emotion. Ben hugged her as Bernard said: "She’s gone, she’s gone. You don’t need to ask whether Michelle likes it, the evidence is there."
