You can’t expect anyone on the Dallas Cowboys was happy to see kicker Brett Maher shank extra points left and right on Monday in the playoff win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Dak Prescott DEFINITELY didn’t seem happy in the moment).
But there was one moment caught on camera that showed how at least one Cowboy backed him up: Receiver CeeDee Lamb was mic’d up and he told Maher, “You’re good bro,” before adding, “You’ve done bailed us out hella times, we’re with you.”
Good stuff, good job by Lamb. We’ll see if Maher can right the ship this weekend against the San Francisco 49ers.
