We’ve called out plenty of umpires in Major League Baseball for their horrible umpiring on ball and strike calls.
But the Little League World Series doesn’t have a strike zone showing up on broadcasts, so maybe it’s a little harder to figure out.
That said, the ump for Japan and Cuba had a strike zone so generous, you didn’t need a little box on screen to tell you he was bad.
One call was SO outside. The other? It was so inside the batter flinched! It nearly hit him! The catcher reached out and didn’t frame it because there was no way to!
