A-level results day 2019 - date, time, results and UCAS Track open time

A-Level results will soon be announced as nervous students wait to learn their fate.

Whilst the qualifications aren't the be all and end all, many teenagers will be hoping to secure a university place or apprenticeship through their grades.

But every year the same myths about A-levels return - from your results being released at midnight to UCAS Track updating at 6am.

Here's everything you need to know about results day - so you can find your results as soon as possible.

When is A Level results day 2019?

A-Level results will be published on Thursday, August 15, 2019.

SQA results day is Tuesday 6 August 2019.

What time are they announced?

Your A-Level results will be revealed by your college, school or educational establishment.

Most students will have to wait until their school opens to get their results.

Some schools may have a portal in which pupils can access their results through.

However, you can find out at 8am on results day whether you're chosen university has offered you a place.

But whilst you'll be able to see your university confirmation, no marks or results will be shown.
