Every once in awhile, the internet comes together for a perfect moment of meme-ing. Such was the case this week when fans of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones and House of the Dragons series banded together to make jokes.
The whole thing started with a tweet from Kendra Middleton of Boston’s 98.5 The Sports Hub that showed a basketball court atop Dubrovnik’s Old Town in Croatia. The picturesque city is where filming took place for the King’s Landing scenes in Game of Thrones.
“Yoooo, Kings Landing has a basketball court. House of the Dragon about to go crazy,” the post read.
