A new Harry Potter inspired café has opened just a short drive away from the city centre in Ormskirk, complete with official merchandise and themed food and drink.
Mandrakes A Magical Experience café opened two days ago for a 'soft' opening and was well received by fans.
The official opening will be tomorrow (Tuesday, August 6).
Gail Usher, co-owner of the café, said: "We did the soft opening just to see what the reaction would be like and it's been unreal.
"We had a queue out the door and it was so busy we couldn't serve food like we'd planned - we just had to do coffee and cake.
"We have no idea what the official opening will bring, whether it will be a gentle amount of people or whether it will continue to be as wonderfully crazy as it has been so far."
The coffee shop will offer themed events, parties, workshops, quiz nights and more in the space which has been kitted out with themed rooms including a potions lab and a herbology space.
Other features in the café include broomsticks, the famous Hogwarts express, wands and plenty of mandrakes to pose with.
When asked what led to the decision to open the café with co-owner Aileen Piper, Gail added: "We wanted to bring a little bit of magic to Ormskirk and just decided to go for it.
"We can't believe the reaction and support from locals and businesses, we're just blown away.
"We're so excited about the future."
The menu offers breakfast options including bacon sandwiches, stacked pancakes and granola while lunch options include paninis, baked potatoes and salads.
Desserts even come in a plant pot as a nod to the mandrakes.
The dog friendly café also stocks official Harry Potter merchandise so fans can take a piece of the wizarding world home with them.
