Manoj Tibrewal Aakash receiving innumerable calls from bulldozer victims for guidance

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday, November 6, pronounced a historic verdict in a 5-year-old case of illegal demolition of houses by bulldozers. The Apex Court delivered this verdict against the bulldozer action after taking suo motu cognizance of the letter-petition of the country's senior journalist Manoj Tibrewal Aakash.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, this judgement of the Apex Court on the petition of Manoj Tibrewal Aakash has become a precedent for the country, paving a ray of hope of justice among lakhs of people of the country, whose houses were demolished illegally by running bulldozers without giving any notice.

This historic verdict of the Top Court is grabbing the media headlines and thus creating a buzz pan-country.

Innumerable calls to Manoj Tibrewal Askash
Consequently, Manoj Tibrewal Aakash, who fought against the bulldozer action, has been incessantly  getting calls from a large number of people, on his mobile and the landline of Dynamite News Office, who have been the victim of bulldozer terror.

People are also congratulating Manoj for fighting a big battle against the bulldozer action and achieving a historic victory. All of them believe that Manoj Tibrewal, in a way, fought their battle too because their houses were also bulldozed illegally without any prior notice to them.

Ray of hope for all bulldozer victims
These people believe that after this historic judgement of the Supreme Court, they see a ray of hope of justice to them also. They are therefore requesting Manoj to guide them in the matter. Manoj is also trying to help such people by giving them as much information and advice as possible.

So far Manoj has received the largest number of calls from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana (Panchkula), Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.

Indeed, this landmark judgement of the Top Court on Manoj Tibrewal Aakash' petition has once again raised people's trust in the law of the country. As a result, victims of bulldozer action are now coming out against injustice openly.
