Ron Rivera has had enough.
The embattled Washington Commanders coach seemingly threw his QB, Carson Wentz, under the bus before Thursday’s win over the Chicago Bears.
Then, after the Commanders took down the Bears in a 12-7 victory, he was asked about the ESPN report about team owner an Snyder, which included talk that it was Snyder who chose to have the struggling Carson Wentz join the squad.
Let’s just say Rivera wasn’t pleased: “Everybody keeps want to say, I didn’t want anything to do with Carson. Well bull[expletive]. I’m the [expletive] guy that pulled out the sheets of paper, that looked at the analytics, that watched the tape when we were at Indianapolis, OK? And that’s what pisses me off, cause the young man doesn’t deserve to have that all the time.”
