Farmer Wants A Wife (FWAW) 2025 hasn’t even started yet, but the rumour mill has already begun to churn out some wild, wild tea involving one of the country hunk of spunks and his alleged root rat behaviour.
If you think FWAW would be a tad more wholesome than its competitors (like Married At First Sight) because of its country charm, you’d be mistaken. FWAW is just as juicy as all the other dating shows, especially when it comes to behind-the-scenes gossip.
While the 2025 season has yet to start, it has been reported that one of its original Farmers for this year was actually given a rootin’ tootin’ bootin’ for hooking up with other women during production.
According to Daily Mail Australia, 26-year-old pro bull rider Jack Rowlandson was bucked off the show for allegedly seeing more than one contestant at the same time.
While the rumour remains a rumour (and just like with all tea, please take it was a grain of salt) it appears that Seven — the big dogs who run FWAW — have completely scrubbed the show of this bull rider, as he was left out of the official 2025 trailer that was dropped on Monday, March 10.
However, he seems to appear as “Farmer Jack” in the application advertisement for the show back in July, 2024.
Who are the Farmers on Farmer Wants A Wife 2025?
While this bull-riding baddie will NOT be gracing our screens, the trailer released on Monday, March 10, showcased only four out of the eight Farmers that were featured in last year’s ad.
In the trailer, Seven introduced us to four farming blokes who want a shot at love, which included:
- Farmer Corey, 24
- Farmer Jarrad, 21
- Farmer Thomas, 25
- Farmer Tom, 31
The blokes that appear to be missing from the trailer include Farmer Chooka, Farmer Reidy, Farmer Jack and Farmer Jack L.
Daily Mail Australia previously reported that two men from the original lineup “would be cut”, leaving us with six country suitors. However, the reason behind the major cutdown remains unknown.
But who knows, maybe the suitors would be joining us later in the season, just like Farmer Tom who joined mid-season last year after another Farmer left prematurely.
We’ve not yet met the lovely ladies who will be vying for the hearts of these Farmers. But we do know that Farmer Wants A Wife 2025 will officially kick-off after Easter on Seven and 7Plus.
