A 2.5km exercise limit has been imposed in South Australia. This map shows how far that gets you

Under South Australia's lockdown, you can't go more than 2.5km from your home — with some exceptions.

South Australia has entered a hard lockdown as of 6:00pm Tuesday.

In one of the strictest travel limits imposed across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic, South Australian residents cannot travel further than 2.5 kilometres from their homes for exercise.

There are some exceptions to that limit. They are:

  • To care for someone
  • For essential work, listed on SA Police's website
  • To purchase essential goods, such as food
  • For healthcare, including testing and vaccinations

Use the tool below to find out what's within your radius.
