999 alert issued for missing man Leo

Police are asking for any information that could lead to finding the whereabouts of a 76-year-old man who has vanished from his home in Bristol.

Avon and Somerset Police issued the plea on Thursday evening, naming the missing man only as Leo. In a post on social media they said Leo was last seen on Tuesday, July 26, in Patchway, where he lives. At the time he was wearing a cream or pale yellow T-shirt, cream cargo shorts and black Fila tennis shoes.

The missing man is described as white, about 6ft1in tall and balding. Police added: "We are concerned that Leo requires regular medication that he is not in possession of."
