70 jobs up for grabs at Stoke-on-Trent agency

Seventy new jobs are up for grabs at a Stoke-on-Trent debt collection agency.

Advantis has teamed up with Xpert Recruitment Solutions to fill dozens of full-time collection agent roles at its Shelton Old Road site.

Successful candidates will benefit from 33 days holiday, an annual salary of £21,000, an additional bonus scheme of up to £2,400 and free parking.

Naomi Stoddard, head of back office operations at Advantis, said: "At Advantis we are always keen to build our existing teams with people who are passionate, professional and tenacious.

"We are providing these new opportunities for more people to join us this summer and help us to continue to deliver a people-focused culture.

"It is also great to be working with Xpert Recruitment Solutions on this as they are great at knowing exactly which candidates we are looking for and connecting the right people to the roles which best suit them.

"We will provide full induction training for all of our new collections agents. We are really looking forward to welcoming more local people to Advantis and helping them on their career journey."

Established in 2004, Advantis has a team of more than 200 employees who help more than two million customers each year.

Now the company – which specialises in debt collection and credit management – is holding two open days at its Stoke office where interested candidates can learn more about the roles.

They are taking place on Thursday, June 9 between 4pm and 7pm and Saturday, June 11 between 9am and 12pm.

Advantis' HR and recruitment manager Katherine Sykes said: "We would encourage anyone who is looking for some flexibility in their next career step to come and join us at the open days.

"There will be opportunities to ask questions and to find out more details of the roles which are open to everyone."

Xpert Recruitment Solutions, which celebrated its fifth birthday earlier this year and also has new offices in Fenton, is leading the jobs drive.

Lindsay Mitchell, managing director of Xpert Recruitment Solutions, said: "We have been working with Advantis for years and it is great to be working with them on their latest recruitment campaign.

"Their new roles are not just providing job opportunities but long-term careers for their staff, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a local company based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent."
