A 7-year-old coding genius was offered a position as the head of corporate training at Pro32, a Russian cybersecurity firm, if he chooses to accept it once he turns the legal working age of 14.

Identified only as Sergey, the 7-year-old boy lives in St. Petersburg, Russia, and has been uploading YouTube tutorials on writing and debugging software since he was five years old.

Sergey has amassed more than 3,500 subscribers on his YouTube channel. He also caught the attention of Igor Mandik, the CEO of Pro32, who was eager to recruit him, the BBC reported.

"For me, he is kind of a Mozart," Mandik told the BBC. "I'm absolutely sure that when he reaches 14, he'll be a guru of teaching and a guru of developing, and that is why we're really looking forward to this time."

While they wait, Mandik said he hopes to find ways for Pro32 to collaborate with Sergey until he's officially a member of the team.
