7 NFL players hinting they might want to wear No. 0 now that they can

It may not seem like a big deal to you.

But for NFL players, the ability to now wear No. 0 — sadly, not the offensive and defensive linemen, boo! — means something to some of them. And as we saw on Tuesday, even among the mixed reaction with players, there was plenty of excitement.

Since then, we’ve seen some players talking about switching up their numbers to be Agent Zeroes. Do they really mean it? Or is it just teasing us to make us buzz about whether we need to go out and buy a new No. 0 jersey these guys?

2
Darnell Mooney, Chicago Bears

Eyes emojis always mean … something?

3
Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens

I guess he was debating it out loud?

4
Jack Jones, New England Patriots

He did wear the number at Arizona State!

5
Ivan Pace Jr., NFL draft prospect

Maybe we expect to see this in the NFL when the Cincinnati LB arrives?

6
Jelani Woods, Indianapolis Colts

Again, eyeball emojis!

7
Calvin Ridley, Jacksonville Jaguars

This is the one we know for certain!
