Over the last few years, the No. 66 for the Cincinnati Bengals belonged to some quality starting offensive lineman such as right guard and mauler Alex Cappa, with Trey Hopkins owning the number before that.
Historically, the number hasn’t been the most prestigious of the bunch that covers most of the offensive line. After Hopkins, the most productive player to wear it for the Bengals was likely defender Bill Bergey, a two-time First-team All-Pro and AFL Defensive Rookie of the Year.
With roughly 66 days until the Bengals open the regular season against the Cleveland Browns, now is a good time to look at every Bengals player who wore the number, courtesy of the history books at Pro Football Reference.
