Tottenham appear intent of continuing their significant squad shake-up this summer after reportedly receiving a £100million cash injection.
Spurs announced a capital increase of up to £150m last month courtesy of majority shareholder ENIC. According to football.london, a substantial chunk of those finances has now been added to the club's transfer budget this summer.
Antonio Conte has made no secret of his desire to reinforce his ranks in the current window, in order to take another step up next campaign, having clinched Champions League qualification at the expense of bitter rivals Arsenal last season. With £100m in spending money now at Tottenham's disposal, Mirror Football take a closer look at a selection of star names Spurs should look to sign this summer.

A key area Conte is understood to be targeting this summer is at centre-back. Both Cristian Romero and Eric Dier enjoyed impressive campaigns in the Italian's preferred 3-4-3 formation last campaign. However, Tottenham would benefit from a more natural third central defender than the deputising Ben Davies.
With Inter Milan seemingly standing firm over Alessandro Bastoni, Spurs may find themselves better off targeting Villarreal's Pau Torres. The 25-year-old left-footer would be the ideal option on the left of Conte's back three and has proven himself both confident and capable at performing on the European stage in the past few seasons.
The Spain international is thought to have a £55m release clause in his current contract with the Yellow Submarine, and has strongly been linked with Manchester United in the past. However, with fresh funds available and the possibility of including Giovani Lo Celso, who enjoyed a successful loan stint at Villarreal last season, in any deal also an option, a move makes sense.
Djed Spence
A vital avenue of success in Conte's system undoubtedly comes from his marauding wing-backs. And while last summer's right-back recruit Emerson Royal has steadily adapted to the demands of the Premier League, the right is an area where improvements are currently being eyed.
Put simply, Tottenham need look no further than Djed Spence. The England Under-21 international dazzled in the Championship last season as he helped Nottingham Forest achieved promotion to the Premier League during a fruitful spell on loan from Middlesbrough.
Though the 21-year-old is untried and untested at Premier League level, there can be no denying he has limitless potential - and who better to mould and shape his progress than Conte? Boro have reportedly slapped a £20m price tag on the right-back this summer, but following Tottenham's substantial cash injection, the Lilywhites should waste no time in paying up and securing a deal.
Joao Felix
Tottenham could well make a real statement of intent this summer by spending the fresh funds on Atletico Madrid attacker Joao Felix. The Portuguese sensation was previously admired by Spurs back when he was a teenager prior to his mammoth £113m move to the Spanish capital back in 2019.
The north London club could now return for the attacking midfielder amid uncertainty over his future. Injuries blighted Felix's campaign last time out, though he still managed eight goals and four assists in 24 La Liga outings. However, Atletico are understood to be open to offers.
While Spanish side are likely to be aiming to recoup a significant amount of the staggering figure they paid for Felix's services three years ago, Spurs could well look to use their nearly all of new-found fortune on a superstar signing. Once again, Lo Celso, who sparked over in Spain last season, could potentially be used as a makeweight to make a deal more financially viable. Conte is believed to be keen on acquiring a new attacking midfielder, so don't rule it out.
Richarlison
Conte is also understood to be keen on adding further firepower to his forward line, which is where Everton's Richarlison comes in. There's a growing feeling that this will be the summer the Brazilian finally departs Goodison Park in order to move on to bigger and better things, and given his impressive performances in the Premier League to date, it's little wonder Spurs are said to be keen.
The 25-year-old has netted 53 goals in 143 starts in his Toffees career so far, and his ability to play anywhere across the forward line is thought to have made him an attractive proposition for numerous suitors. Everton are said to be hoping to recoup at least the £50m they spent on the striker back in 2018 and Tottenham's additional funds make that more than feasible.
Spurs may also look to play on Everton's reported interest in Harry Winks, which could see a potential fee brought down in favour of a player-plus-cash deal instead. With Arsenal understood to be leading the race for Leeds attacker Raphinha, a move for Richarlison really does make sense for Tottenham. Another forward to cope with the demands of Champions League football really wouldn't go amiss.
Lautaro Martinez
Conte's quest to sign a new striker could also lead him to Inter Milan's Lautaro Martinez - a player who the Italian got the best out of during his time in charge of the San Siro side. With Inter understood to be closing in on a loan return for Chelsea's Romelu Lukaku and the free signing of Paulo Dybala, Martinez may well find himself surplus to requirements in Milan next season.
The Argentine ace has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, namely to north London with either Tottenham or Arsenal, and this summer seems the most likely time yet with regard to a move. Inter's impending double signing of Lukaku and Dybala only increases those odds.
The 24-year-old has hit 58 goals in 134 Serie A appearances for the Nerazzurri and thrived under the guidance of Conte during the pair's time together. The lure of playing Champions League football in a talented team masterminded by the iconic Italian manager will no doubt be appealing to Martinez, who would help propel Spurs to the next level.
