The 49ers will have to figure out life without Deebo Samuel the rest of the way against the Browns. He’s officially been ruled out with a shoulder injury.
Samuel hurt his shoulder at some point in the first quarter. He went to the medical tent, then the locker room and was originally listed as questionable to return. Now he’s on the sideline in street clothes to open the second half and his day is over.
Trent Williams was also hurt in the first quarter, but he returned to the game.
