The Arizona Cardinals’ Week 4 opponent, the San Francisco 49ers, released their second injury report of the week on Thursday. For the second day in a row, their two top receivers were impacted with their practice reps.
In all, they had two players sit out and four limited in their reps.

Both players were out of practice for the second straight day.

LB Dre Greenlaw (ankle), WR Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder), CB Ambry Thomas (knee), LB Demetrius Flanagan-Fowles (ankle)
Greenlaw was upgraded after not practicing Wednesday. Flanagan-Fowles was downgraded after being a full participant on Wednesday, while Aiyuk and Thomas were limited for the second straight day.
