49ers injury report: Deebo Samuel a DNP, Brandon Aiyuk limited on Wednesday

The San Francisco 49ers began their week of practice on Wednesday getting ready for the Arizona Cardinals. They released their first injury report of the week and some key playmakers appeared.

They had four players sit out on Wednesday, another two limited and one who has an injury but didn’t miss any time.

Did not participate

LB Dre Greenlaw (ankle), WR Jauan Jennings (shin), WR Deebo Samuel (rib, knee), OL Trent Williams (rest)

Williams simply had the day off.

None of the players listed have missed a game yet this season. Greenlaw and Samuel are starters.

Limited participation

WR Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder), CB Ambry Thomas (knee)

Both missed the Niners’ last game. They appear to be moving toward returning to the lineup.

Full participation

LB Demetrius Flanagan-Fowles (ankle)

He was baned up last week but should be good to go this week.
