Entrepreneur Bryan Johnson is in the news for his extraordinary quest to become young. He hacks his biological body to age backward. He is known to spend millions of dollars to look younger.
Recently, Bryan was asked about his meal plan and he confirmed that he takes dinner at 11 am. In response to a question asked to him on Twitter, Bryan had replied that "My final meal of the day is at 11 am. I eat between ~6-11am." In the question, Twitter user Martina Markota had shared a screenshot of his meal and wondered if he really had his dinner this early, which means he only has one meal a day.
As is seen in the screenshot, Bryan's dinner has several foods including garlic, ginger roots, turmeric, hyaluronic acid in milligrams and grams. Bryan is also a vegan by choice, he had revealed on social media earlier.

Bryan's meal pattern is similar to intermittent fasting which has been touted as the best practice for weight management. It is believed to be good for weight loss, is said to improve mental health, and increases the energy level of the body.
Bryan consumes 1977 calories in a day, exercises for one hour, does high-impact and high-intensity exercises thrice a week, and has a fixed time for sleeping; he calls this Project Blueprint.
His other age hack rules include swapping blood with his teenage son and taking more than 100 supplements in a day. He has enlisted his 17-year-old son Talmage as his personal blood boy.
