Four-star linebacker recruit Tavion Wallace has signed with the Arkansas Razorbacks despite a late push from the Georgia Bulldogs and Florida State Seminoles.
Wallace’s signing is a huge win for the Razorbacks, who have struggled to recruit in the 2025 recruiting cycle. Wallace is easily the Razorbacks’ best commitment in the class of 2025. Arkansas does not have any other four-star recruits according to 247Sports’ rankings.
The Razorbacks have the No. 32 recruiting class in the country. Arkansas has 22 total commitments.
Tavion Wallace plays high school football for Appling County High School in Baxley, Georgia. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound defender is the No. 13 ranked linebacker in the country. Wallace is ranked as the No. 124 recruit in the nation and the No. 15 prospect in Georgia, per 247Sports.
Wallace runs track and has elite speed (10.9 seconds in the 100 meters). Wallace has NFL bloodlines and a high level of potential. The Carolina Panthers drafted his brother, Trevin Wallace, in the third-round of the 2024 NFL draft. Trevin Wallace played college football at Kentucky.
Despite Wallace’s signing, Georgia still has an elite recruiting class at linebacker. UGA has signed the nation’s top linebacker in five-star Zayden Walker. Co-defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann has recruited linebackers better than any other coach in the country.
