30 much loved Newcastle pubs that have now called last orders - which ones did you drink in?

Newcastle is known for its party capital status with its great nightlife.

Over the years there have been some fantastic pubs where we've had some awesome nights out.

Sadly, many have closed their doors for good.

But here at Chronicle Towers, we have stepped back in time to take you down memory lane.

Sadly, at the moment not even our favourite pubs and clubs can open but as we look ahead and think of better times we've gone through our old favourites.

Some of them have even been reborn - and hopefully, as coronavirus vaccinations continue to see thousands of us immunised against the deadly virus - our city nightlife will follow suit.

Our list may jog your memories but if you remember any other lost bars/pubs in Newcastle then please don't hesitate to let us know in the comments.
