The 2022 NFL season is about to begin, with Week 1 kicking off on Thursday.
The first week will end, however, with an intriguing game: The Denver Broncos will visit the Seattle Seahawks — 8:15 PM on ESPN, ABC and ESPN+! — which means Russell Wilson will return to his old stomping grounds after the franchise that drafted him traded him.
Yep, lots of storylines there!!

Let’s not forget: Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will be on the mics for the first time with ESPN. Of course, it’s not the first time they’ve been in a booth together, having worked for FOX as a pair for decades.

It could be a long time for the seasoned vet. Or maybe he proves that all those years of ups and downs led up to him surprising us all, especially when he has a solid running back in Rashaad Penny and some All Pro-level talent at wide receiver in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.
