The Arizona Cardinals and Chicago Bears play one another this weekend at Soldier Field in Week 16. They are not common opponents, having faced one another only six times in the last 20 years despite being in the same conference.
They do have three player connections, although none of them will probably play in the game.
The Cardinals have one former Bears player and the Bears have a pair of former Cardinals.

Cardinals LB Josh Woods
Woods is now on injured reserve so he will not play on Sunday.
He entered the league in 2018 as an undrafted rookie with the Bears and was there until 2021.
Bears CB Christian Matthew
Matthew is on Chicago’s practice squad. Matthew was drafted by the Cardinals last year, last season and part of this season until he was released.
Bears OL Doug Kramer
Kramer is on Chicago’s practice squad. He spent part of this season on Arizona’s practice squad.
